The Board of Jewish Education
of Greater New York, Nassau / Queens Regional Center provides educational
services, planning, outreach, and programming for the Jewish
community of Nassau County and Queens, with a goal of lifelong
learning.
The Nassau / Queens Regional Center features:
- A new streamlined Educational Resource Center
- High speed Internet access for use by the teaching professional in finding on line resources
- Mini-Centers arranged by areas such as
- Content areas (Hebrew, Bible, History, Holidays)
- Special Needs
- Principals
- Informal Education
- Hebrew Ulpanim (every Thursday)
- Workshops and Classes for educators and the general public
Nassau / Queens Regional Center hours:
M-Th, 9-5; Fri. 9-2
Educational Resource Area hours:
Mon. Tues. Thur
9:30 am – 6 pm
All other days and times by appointment only.
